It was between two hockey seasons at the age of 15 that I hit my first golf balls. The desire to discover a new sport during the summer piqued my curiosity and the following year I enrolled in the sport-study program at Collège Saint-Bernard in Drummondville. The trio of professionals composed of Claude Gamache, Alexandre Gravel and Éric Gauthier made me discover a new passion and taught me the basics of the sport while promoting the pleasure of playing. I started competing at the age of 17 and the following year I qualified for the Canadian Championships in Ontario. All these years have allowed me to develop the skills required to perform to the maximum of my abilities and it is in 2018 that my greatest achievement as an amateur occurs and I am crowned Quebec Amateur Champion. It is after 11 amateur seasons that I made the decision to become a professional in December 2021.

C’est entre deux saisons de hockey, à l’âge de 15 ans, que j’ai frappé mes premières balles de golf. Le désir de découvrir un nouveau sport durant l’été a piqué ma curiosité et l’année suivante, je me suis inscrit au programme sport-études du Collège Saint-Bernard de Drummondville. Le trio de professionnels composé de Claude Gamache, Alexandre Gravel et Éric Gauthier m’a fait découvrir une nouvelle passion et m’a enseigné les bases du sport tout en favorisant le plaisir de jouer. J’ai commencé à faire de la compétition à l’âge de 17 ans et l’année suivante, je me suis qualifié pour les Championnats canadiens en Ontario. Toutes ces années m’ont permis de développer les habiletés nécessaires pour performer au maximum de mes capacités et c’est en 2018 que survient mon plus grand accomplissement en tant qu’amateur et que je suis couronné Champion Amateur du Québec. C’est après 11 saisons amateurs que j’ai pris la décision de devenir professionnel en décembre 2021.
