J’ai commencé à jouer au golf sur le tard à l’âge de 25 ans en France, avec mon père, qui lui avait déjà joué dans sa jeunesse. Il me dit un dimanche après-midi, allons jouer au petit 9 trous à côté de chez nous. Après un coup de fer au départ du trou 1, petit par 3 et un par de réalisé, j’ai comme vous dites, pris la piqure. J’ai commencé par faire de compétitions de classement puis participé à des championnats de club, et finalement des Grands prix amateur en France. J’ai commencé par être assistant moniteur de golf en France au Club de golf de Méribel, et c’est en arrivant au Canada que j’ai décidé de devenir professionnel de golf pour, en priorité pour enseigner et partager ma passion du golf aux enfants et joueurs locaux.

I started playing golf late in life at the age of 25 in France, with my father, who had already played in his youth. He told me one Sunday afternoon, let’s go and play the little 9-hole course next to our house. After an iron shot on the first hole, a small par 3, resulting in a par, I was hooked. I started by playing in ranking competitions, then participated in club championships, and finally Grand Prix amateurs in France. I started as an assistant golf instructor in France at the Meribel Golf Club, and it was when I arrived in Canada that I decided to become a golf professional, primarily to teach and share my passion for golf with local children and players.
